Meet the Heart of AART: Our Amazing Educators & Volunteers!

Our Teachers and Assistants

At All Ages Read Together, our teachers and assistants are truly the heart and soul of our classrooms. These highly qualified, passionate educators bring AART’s mission to life daily, nurturing curiosity, building confidence, and guiding young learners with patience and care.

Whether greeting students with a warm smile, turning story time into an adventure, or celebrating milestones, their love for teaching shines through every moment. We’re proud to have a team that is experienced, dedicated, and deeply committed to preparing every child for a successful start in school.

If you are interested in becoming a teacher or an assistant, reach out to us through our Contact Us form.

“I watched a student who never said a word in class, and was hesitant to participate in any activity, bloom into an active learner and a child who was ready for kindergarten by the end of our program!”

Our Volunteers

It takes a village to power AART’s programs—and our incredible volunteers are vital community members. We strive to have at least one volunteer in every classroom, helping provide more personalized learning and one-on-one support for our students.
Our classroom volunteers donate more than 2,200 hours of their time each year. Their dedication is priceless to AART’s teachers, assistants, students, and families. We simply couldn’t do what we do without them.
We welcome volunteers of all ages and backgrounds—students, youth groups, working professionals, retirees, and families. Anyone with a heart for service and a desire to support young learners can make a difference.

“This experience has had a profound impact on both professionally and personally. I will remember it forever.”
